Terps land Howard; Ross moving on?
Words. Jason Jordan

Pe'Shon Howard
Just days after Montrose Christian (Md.) senior shooting guard Terrence Ross de-committed from Maryland, the Terps got a commitment from Oak Hill Academy (Va.) shooting guard Pe’Shon Howard, also a senior.
Howard, who is averaging 15 points, seven assists and five rebounds for the Warriors, picked the Terps over UCLA, Georgia Tech, South Florida, Virginia and Northwestern.
We were the first to report that, despite him continuing to list Maryland as a possible destination, Ross would not end up in College Park. Kansas, Kentucky and Duke are all hot after Ross, and the same source who told us Maryland was no longer a player now tells us that Duke has the inside track.
Ross’ teammate, Joshua Hairston, a Duke signee who is not the aforementioned source, said that he “feels good” about Duke’s chances with Ross.
“I’m trying to do my thing,” said Hairston. “I’m working on him.”

Well, I Hairston is a signed Duke commit …. is that tampering given the non contact time period?
Gary Williams was in the house watching Ross last night — don’t think he is one to waste his time. Ross may be opening up but don;t think your source about Maryland being off the list is at all accurate.
Wouldn’t it be funny if CJ Leslie took the Terps up on their offer in the spring?
That would be great!
Terrence Ross come to DUKE. Who wouldn’t want to play with Kyrie Irving, Nolan Smith, and the Plumlees.
Don’t forget curry as well
