Wroten adds Louisville, Villanova, UNC, Duke and more

Words.

Tony Wroten Jr.

Garfield High (Seattle, Wash.) point guard Tony Wroten Jr. is by far the most entertaining personality in the 2011 class. From naming new leaders in his recruiting seemingly every week, to spoiling announcements for other recruits, Wroten keeps his Twitter followers coming back daily for more.

Now, after maintaining for quite some time that Kentucky was his leader, he’s opening up his recruitment to everyone.

Here’s what Wroten posted on his Twitter: “Ok its final I’m opening up my list. And here they are: Louisville, uw, nova, memphis, uconn, nc state, oregon, alabama, north carolina, duke, clemson, florida int, washington state, miami, and uk.”

Wroten also added this gem: “If I’m not top 5 in the country then there shouldn’t be any rankings. Not being cocky just telling y’all how I feel.”

Can’t say that we disagree there. Our sources tell us that Kentucky is still the leader at this point, but with Wroten weekly change is likely.

Wow had no idea he added so many schools… he’s such an attention freak!

Dude isn’t even TOP 5 at his position.

Overhyped and a big mouth who couldn’t lead fish to water. Wouldn’t last 10 minutes in the Big East without being exposed just like he was all summer on the circuit.

Not interested in a player more interested in the name on the back of his jersey than the name on the front. He is too busy talking himself up!
