John Wall, a 6-foot-4 senior point guard from Word of God Academy in Raleigh, N.C., ended a long and dramatic recruiting process late Monday night, picking Kentucky over Florida, Duke and Miami.

It’s official: Eric Bledsoe chose Kentucky over Memphis Wednesday.

Bledsoe, a 6-foot point guard, averaged 20 points, 11 assists and nine rebounds while leading Parker High (Ala.) to the Class 5A state championship game. MORE >

The best available point guard in the class of 2009 not named John Wall is Parker High’s (Ala.) Eric Bledsoe, a 6-foot point guard. Today he’ll choose between Kentucky and Memphis.

Word is that Bledsoe is set to pick the Cats, which is a bit puzzling because both schools are on Wall’s shortlist as well. MORE >
