Troy Williams is a beast. The 6-7, Class of 2013 small forward from Hampton, Va., and nephew of AAU godfather Boo Williams, is building his own legend in Virginia. The web is overflowing with Williams highlights, and it when a new mix of his clips drops, it’s kind of a big deal.

Now that the high school season is over, it’s time to turn your attention to AAU ball. And with the second annual Nike Elite Youth Basketball League (EYBL) launching on April 8th at the Boo Williams Sportsplex in Hampton, Va., 40 elite travel teams featuring the nation’s top stars began their march toward this year’s coveted EYBL title. These select 17-and-under teams span all corners of the continent – including 27 states and Canada – and will compete against each other during three regular season sessions across the country, culminating with the top 24 teams qualifying for the EYBL Finals at the Nike Peach Jam (North Augusta, S.C.) this July.
