After months of deliberation, Kyle Anderson, a top-five player in the nation, has decided to attend UCLA. Passing on schools such as Florida, Georgetown, St. John’s, and Seton Hall, the New Jersey native from St. Anthony High School (Jersey City, N.J.) plans to turn around a school that hasn’t had much success since making three-straight Final Fours from 2006-08. Menomonee Falls (WI) junior swingman J.P. Tokoto is closing in on a decision and has cut his list of schools down to just eight, according to his mother Laurence Trimble.
Tokoto trimmed his list on Valentine’s Day. Connecticut, Marquette, Kansas, Kentucky, Maryland, North Carolina, UCLA and Wisconsin are all still in the running. Trimble said that J.P. plans to make a decision after his high school season concludes. MORE >
