The Kansas Jayhawks got themselves a nice Christmas present yesterday when they landed a commitment from prized 6-7 small forward Brannen Greene (Mary Persons High, Forsyth, Ga.). Greene is a Top 30-40 prospect in the Class of 2013, and is averaging 24 points and 4 boards a game this season (up from 17 ppg last year).

We’ve been following Perry Ellis for a while now. In fact, on the cover of Dime #49, we introduced him as the No. 1 pick in the 2013 NBA Draft. While that’s yet to be seen, the 6-8 senior from Wichita Heights High School (Wichita, Kan.) did sign his letter of intent to play at Kansas this morning.
