Iowa State Recruit Matt Thomas is Lighting Up Midwest Basketball

Onalaska (Wisconsin) star 6-3 shooting guard Matt Thomas has been getting buckets. In his last two games, the Class of 2013 Iowa State commit has racked up 85 points combined (in way less than eight quarters).
Back on January 5th in a game held at Minnesota’s Target Center, Thomas blew up for for 43 points (a point total that was just five shy of his mother’s personal record of 48 points set back in 1980).
Thomas came back on Monday night and put in 50 in less than three quarters, going 21-30 from the field (with six triples).
We couldn’t find any great footage of either of those performances, so you’re gonna have to settle for this mixtape of Matt going to work last season. Buckets.
